Horse Riding Patara, Kalkan, Kas

We are run Horse Riding based in Patara.
have purebred Arabian horses, Canadian Coloureds, Haflingers & English Thoroughbreds and cater for riders and non-riders of all ages and ability.

From July through to end of September we are not riding within 30 metres of the crest of the waves on Patara beach as the horses foot falls damage the Turtle eggs and prolong the hatchlings journey to the sea making them more prone to predators.

The beach is very wide thus enabling you to still enjoy the dream of ‘riding on the beach’ at this time and seeing the amazing tracks left by the Turtles coming to lay their eggs.
